David Lynn Brim, 54, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Salem.
He was born Oct. 22, 1958, in Licking, son of Lenard and Shirley Bullock Brim.
He grew up in the Texas County area. He supplied firewood for much of the area. He was also a mechanic.
He loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He enjoyed cooking for family reunions and gatherings.
He accepted Jesus as his Savior.
Survivors include his parents, Lenard and Shirley; two brothers, Douglas Brim of Solo and Darrell Brim of Houston; and numerous relatives and friends.
Memorial services were Saturday, April 20, at Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Murray officiating. A private family inurnment will be held in Friendship Cemetery at a later date.
