Services for Dorothy “Annette” Smith, 73, of Stockton, are 11 a.m. Monday, April 15, at Houston United Methodist Church.
No visitation is planned.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Houston Education Foundation or Stockton Presbyterian Church.
