A wanted Raymondville woman was arrested late Saturday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Billy J. Carrell, 35, was taken to the Texas County Jail and released after being arrested on a misdemeanor Howell County warrant for not appearing in court, according to a report.Â
