Yard of the month winners were announced Tuesday by the Houston Garden Club.
Taking top honors were Bud and Linda Evans, 711 S. Hamrick. Other winners: Lance and Jessie Neal, 700 Mockingbird Lane, second; and Edwin and June Goldsmith, 310 Oak Crest Drive; and Sidney Ann Bridges, 1347 East Crest Drive.
The business of the month award went to the Houston Fire Department on First Street.
