A Houston woman was injured Tuesday in a chain-reaction crash in Maries County just north of Vienna.
Tpr. Ralicia Tyler of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Erica D. Keeney, 20, driving a 2006 Pontiac G6, was struck from behind by another vehicle. Her car was forced to strike a third vehicle, Tyler said.
Keeney’s northbound car ran off the right side of the roadway and struck the ditch.
Keeney had minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Phelps County Regional Medical Center at Rolla.
Keeney is a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tyler said she was wearing a seat belt and her vehicle had extensive damage.
