A revoked driver was clocked Tuesday traveling 98 miles per hour by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, according to a report.
Thomas E. Hines, 29, of Mountain Grove, was held on a felony warrant for a probation violation — the original charge was possession of a controlled substance, speeding and felony driving while revoked.
Hines was taken to the Texas County Jail, where he is held without bond.
