A Summersville truck driver escaped injury Monday after his rig pulled into the path of a motorcycle.
Tpr. A.D. Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said the 2007 Freightliner driven eastbound by Calvin J. Woosley, 37, pulled in front of a BMW motorcycle operated by Paul F. Dettinger, 64, of Theodosia, on Highway 160 about six miles west of Gainesville.
Dettinger, who had minor injuries after being ejected, was taken by ambulance to Ozark County ambulance in Mountain Home, Ark.
Johnson said both were wearing safety devices.
