A Texas County accident early Friday left injuries to a Mountain View man on Highway 17 about eight miles north of his hometown.
Cpl. Scott Nelson said a northbound 2003 Ford truck travelled off the right side of the roadway at about 2:45 p.m., overcorrected and traveled off the left side of the roadway before striking a ditch and overturning.
The driver, Michael R. Eschrich was transported to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains with moderate injuries.
The vehicle was totaled, Nelson reported. Summersville firemen also reported to the scene.
