The Houston Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a fireworks show, a truck pull and other activities Friday.
A truck pull begins at 7 p.m. at the fairgrounds on North U.S. 63. The gate opens at 5 p.m. A free fireworks show will begin at dark. More pulling is expected after the fireworks show.
Landmark Bank will hold a free “Family Fun Fest” from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. with a variety of games, contests and other activities.
The cost of the truck pull is $10 for adults; and ages 12 and under are free.
