A wanted Houston man was arrested Thursday on a warrant by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Shaun C. Cross, 21, was arrested on a Houston Police Department warrant charging him with failing to appear on a marijuana possession charge. He was taken to Texas County Jail, according to a report.
