Houston police handled several investigations in the last week.

The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department.

•Two Houston women were issued citations for peace disturbance by fighting after being involved in a scuffle next to Houston City Hall at about 5 p.m. June 18.

Cited were Theresa L. Villarreal, 46, of 17454 Highway B, and Amber D. Kirk, 24, of 727 Dooley St.

•Three Texas County teens were each issued citations for peace disturbance after allegedly throwing firecrackers out of a moving pickup truck at around midnight June 8.

Cited were Landon E. Fleming, 18, of 1026 West Street in Houston, Michael A. Wallace, 18, of 415 Mill St., Lot 1, in Houston, and Grant L. Lewis, 17, of 147 W. Highway B, in Raymondville.

•Pauline Weber, 74, of 6188 Pine Flat Drive in Summersville, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way after a two-car accident in front of a gas station on U.S. 63 at about 5:45 p.m. June 20.

•Two women were each issued citations for peace disturbance by fighting after being involved in a scuffle outside a Spruce Street apartment building.

Cited were Victoria D.M. Williams, 22, of 112 Spruce St., Apt. 2, in Houston, and Whitney N. Williams, 22, of 4295 Highway 137 in Elk Creek.

•David W. Barton, 31, of 308 Skyview Terrace in Houston, was issued a citation for driving with suspended license after a traffic stop on First Street at about 6 p.m. June 11.

•Michael L. Cross, 23, of 309 Holt St. in Houston, was issued three citations after an incident May 30 at a Mill Street residence.

Cross’ estranged wife was reportedly at the location with a friend, and Cross attempted to gain entry by trying to kick the door in. He also is alleged to have punched dents in the hood of a car parked at the scene.

Cross was cited for peace disturbance, first-degree trespassing and second-degree property damage.

•Christopher S. Willard, 34, of 1122 Highway 17 in Houston, was issued citations for peace disturbance (second offense) and resisting arrest after an incident at the Office Bar on Grand Avenue at about 1:20 a.m. June 8.

When officers arrived, they observed Willard yelling at three men who were keeping him from entering the front door of the bar. Willard would run at them, and they would push him back onto the sidewalk. To continue their investigation, officers handcuffed Willard and placed him in a patrol car, but he reportedly tried to exit the car and had to be forced back in by one of the officers. Once back inside, he reportedly began hitting his head on the passenger’s side window and kicking the steel bars covering the windows.

A bartender told an officer Willard had been causing problems most of the night, and had been told to leave.

As Willard was taken to the Texas County Jail, he reportedly continued to kick the patrol car’s cage and curse. In the jail booking area, Willard resisted by attempting to fall to the floor. After being taken to a cell, Willard resisted again as his handcuffs were being removed. He then began hitting the door of the cell.

•Dustin M. Jones, 23, of 301 E. Highway B in Raymondville, was issued a citation for failure to exhibit an insurance identification card after a traffic stop on Walnut Street at about 10:30 p.m. June 13.

•Jarrod D. Clinton, 25, of 16978 Ridge Road in Houston, was issued a citation for driving a vehicle with expired license plates after a traffic stop on Highway 17 at about 6:30 p.m. June 13.
