A drunk driver was arrested Wednesday night after an accident north of Houston on Mineral Springs Drive.
Kyle R. Davis, 25, of Macomb, was driving southbound in a 2004 Chevrolet truck that ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree and fence, said Cpl. Curtis Haden of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
An injured passenger, Calin W. Smith, 21, refused treatment at the scene. Both were wearing seat belts, Haden said.
