A portion of the City of Houston will be without electrical service Sunday as part of a major continuing upgrade of the system.
The areas include those along Second Street and Oak Hill Drive.
Specifically, every connecting street: East Main, East Walnut, Brushy Creek and part of South Grand.
The outage will begin as early 10 a.m. for some and all will be without power by 1:30 p.m. Electricity is expected to be restored by 5 p.m.
