A Licking man is held without bond following his arrested Thursday afternoon in Texas County.
Michael R. Peterson, 49, was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance – morphine, misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and felony probation and parole warrant.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
