A Willow Springs man was arrested Saturday night in Texas County.
Joseph L. Austin, 44, was charged with possession of controlled substance less than 35 grams of synthetic cannabinoid and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a report, he was processed and released for medical treatment.
