Sales tax revenue reported in Texas County during the last month increased about 5.6 percent, reports the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Texas County’s sales tax revenue increased about 5.6 percent from the same monthly period a year ago, reports the Missouri Department of Revenue.

The total from each of three half-cent sales taxes was about $63,279. That’s up about $3,343 on each from the same monthly period a year ago.

In the first seven months of the year, each has generated $538,720, which is up more than $8,000 on each.
