A Summersville woman was arrested Thursday night on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Rebecca S. Skelton, 21, is charged with DWI, speeding and having no proof of insurance.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours, according to a report.Â
