Archery deer season under way in Missouri

Texas County’s archery deer harvest stood at 78 on Friday morning. The season began Sept. 15.

The tally is: 22, antlered; six, button buck; and 50, does.

Statewide, the count stood at 5,368. The top county is Jefferson with 191.
