A Cabool man was arrested Saturday on charges following an accident, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Shane L. Davault, 46, is charged with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and leaving the scene of an accident.
The patrol said Davault was taken to the Texas County Jail and released.
