A Houston man was arrested Tuesday night on two charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Samuel D. Draayer, 51, was charged with DWI and failure to dim headlights, according to a report.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours, the patrol said.
