A Raymondville man was arrested Saturday night on four charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Billy E. Smith, 38, was charged with DWI, having no proof of insurance, failing to register a motor vehicle annually and driving while suspended. He was taken to the Mountain View Police Department and released, according to a report.Â
