Two persons were arrested Friday and Saturday, Sept. 13-14, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

Authorities arrested two overnight in Texas County. 

Darren A. Neal, 40, of Houston, was arrested early Saturday on charges of DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and wearing no seat belt. He was later released, according to a report.  

Chester E. Rolfe, 41, of St. Francis, Ark., was arrested on Friday on five charges:

  • Felony Wright County warrant for forgery.
  • Two misdemeanor Wright County warrants for having no valid license.
  • Misdemeanor Wright County warrant failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Misdemeanor Wright County warrant for domestic assault, third degree; and having no driver’s license.

He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
