Two persons were charged with various offenses on Saturday, Sept. 21, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Two Newburg were charged late Saturday on drug offenses in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Juil E. Bailey, 34, was charged with misdemeanor possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandi L. Miller, 21, of Newburg, was charged with misdemeanor possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle and having no proof of insurance.

Both were released, the patrol said.
