Authorities say a Houston woman is charged on two counts following an accident involving lawmen.

The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department.

•Jacob M. Hatcher, 30, of Joe Jones Blvd. in West Plains, was cited for stealing under $500 and first-degree trespassing after allegedly shoplifting multiple items from the Houston Walmart on Oct. 12.

Hatcher had been banned from entering all Walmart locations after a previous incident at the Rolla store, authorities said.

•Gary J. Schueler, 47, of 6589 Cedar Lane in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Pine Street at about 12:20 a.m. Oct. 26.

An officer made the stop after observing a black Oldsmobile Alero moving erratically on Grand Avenue. After making contact with the driver – Schueler – the officer smelled alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted.

Schueler was taken to the Texas County Jail.

•Daniel K. Labbee, 29, of 822 Bryan St. in Houston, was issued citations for third-degree assault and stealing under $500 after an incident Oct. 20 at the Houston Walmart.

Labbee is alleged to have attempted to steal a vacuum cleaner, and then striking a Walmart employee after being confronted when he tried to leave the store. An investigating officer located Labbee walking in a parking lot behind Texas County Memorial Hospital. He was arrested and taken to the Texas County Jail.

Labbee is now banned from all Walmart property.

•Christopher L. Dugger, 26, of 22555 Edgmond Drive in Hartshorn, was issued a citation for failure to exhibit an insurance card after a traffic stop Oct. 23 on First Street in Houston.
