Houston police handled several investigations in the last week. 

The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department.

•An officer was dispatched to the Spruce Street Apartments at about 2:45 p.m. Sept. 15 regarding a report of six people breaking out the windows of a vehicle.

According to the officer’s report, an investigation led to Jasmine N. Atkinson, 19, of 202 Old Ridge Road, No. 16, in Licking, receiving citations for third degree assault and first-degree trespassing.

•Dakota Stigall, 19, of 115 North St. in Houston, was issued a citation for following too close after a two-car accident Sept. 19 at Highway 17 and U.S. 63.

•Nekota S. Neal, 19, of 11804 Highway 32 at Roby, was arrested for having two active warrants after a traffic stop on Walnut Street at about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 4.

The warrants included a Houston municipal warrant for property damage and a Phelps County warrant for third-degree assault. Neal was taken to the Texas County Jail where he was held awaiting extradition to Phelps County.

•Ryan L. Wolfe, 21, of 302 Broadway St. in Houston, was issued a citation for third-degree assault after allegedly slapping his 22-year-old girlfriend in the face during an argument at about 8 p.m. Oct. 3.

•Kari D.M. Young, 26, of 8447 Mineral Drive in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after allegedly being caught attempting to shoplift several items at the Houston Walmart Supercenter on Sept. 21.

•Dee L. Jennings Jr., 34, of 4777 Highway 17 in Summersville, was issued a citation on Oct. 2 for driving a vehicle with an expired license plate.

•Four people were cited after two officers responded to a report of a fight in progress at a Grand Avenue residence at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 22.

One of the officers reported than when he and the other officer arrived in their patrol cars, they observed two women kicking a man who was on the ground. After an investigation, two women and two men were ticketed for peace disturbance by fighting: Adam T. Reams, 30, of Dittmer; Micky L. Ward Jr., 29, of Arbyrd; and Tanya L. Wake, 32, and Tori S. May, 29, both of 112 Spruce Street, No. 2, in Houston.

All four were taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours.
