A Licking couple sustained injuries Tuesday in a crash north of their hometown.
Tpr. Marty Wiseman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a southbound 2010 Ford F-150 driven by James C. Lingo, 85, ran off the left side of Highway CC about four miles north of Licking and struck a ditch.
Lingo and a passenger, Irene W. Lingo, 76, were taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.
The vehicle sustained moderate damage. Both were wearing seat belts, Wiseman said.Â
