A Licking man was arrested Monday night on drug charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Brian E. Sullins, 31, was wanted on a felony Lexington County warrant on charges of manufacture and possession of a controlled substance.
The patrol said he is held in the Texas County Jail without bond.
