Two persons were arrested by the state patrol in stops on Friday, Oct. 11; and Saturday, Oct. 12, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. 

Two persons were arrested overnight by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

Christopher L. Dugger, 26, of Hartshorn, was arrested on charges of failure to wear a seat belt, having no rear license plate lamp, driving while intoxicated – drugs, having no insurance, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 

He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released, the patrol said. 

Whitney N. Williams, 22, of Elk Creek, was arrested on a Texas County warrant charging her with failing to appear in court, having no child restraint, wearing no seat belt, having no insurance and having no valid operator’s license. 

The patrol said she was taken to the Texas County Jail.
