A man from Licking was arrested Tuesday night on two charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Mickey D. Arvin, 23, was arrested on a Dent County warrant charging him with speeding and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
He was taken to the Phelps County Jail, according to a report.
