Licking woman has been promoted to chief driver examiner for Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Vicki Gunter Nelson was previously a driver examiner supervisor. She joined the patrol in April 2001. Married to Tpr. Terry Nelson, she is a 1981 graduate of Houston High School.
