The Animal Shelter of Texas County will host its annual cookie and candy sale this Saturday.
The non-profit organization’s fundraiser will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mojo Monkey Café on Grand Avenue in downtown Houston.
Items offered will be homemade and created by shelter volunteers. Cookies will go for $5 a dozen.
