The deputy made contact with the neighbor – a 47-year-old man – who stated a person (gender unknown) had come to his home, got out of their vehicle and pulled a bat on him.

The man said he fired a warning shot in the air and the person left. The officer stated that the man and woman involved both declined filling out a signed statement.
