A Mountain Grove man was arrested early Tuesday in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Toby H. Alcorn, 33, was charged with wearing no seat belt, no proof of insurance and DWI – first, the patrol said.
He was held at the Mountain Grove Police Department, according to a report.
