A Licking woman faces an assault charge following an incident in the bathroom of a business, Houston police said.
Aleesha R. Utter, 23, of 13410 Deer Run Road at Licking, was issued a citation for third-degree assault after allegedly punching a 22-year-old Elk Creek woman numerous times during an incident Dec. 16 inside a restroom at the Houston Walmart Supercenter.
An investigating officer reported that Utter assaulted the victim because she had testified against a man in a child custody case.
