Betty June Turner, 90, passed away Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, at her home in Salem.
She was born April 12, 1923, in Raymond, Calif. She and W.C. Turner were married June 21, 1944.
She and her son, Gary, moved to Cauefield in 2003. They began raising Angus cows and opened a hay business. She and Gary attended Revival Tabernacle in Salem.
She enjoyed special weekly dinners with the “Crazy 8’s”.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W.C.; and a son, W.C. Turner III.
Survivors include a son, Gary Douglas Turner of the home; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; and a special daughter-in-law, Emily.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at Revival Tabernacle under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
