A Cabool man was cited on drug charges following a traffic stop Monday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Michael E. Allen, 60, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
According to a report, he was released roadside.
