A Houston real estate firm will close and join forces with one at Cabool, officials announced Tuesday.
Re/Max Farm & Homes Realty on South Sam Houston Blvd. in Houston is closing its doors and joining United Country – Matherly Realty as it continues its expansion in south-central Missouri.
“We are always pursuing qualified real estate professionals to join our team,” said Stacy Matherly, owner of United Country – Matherly Realty. “By building on the success of our office and the added experience of our newest team members, we will be able to better serve the south-central Missouri rural real estate market. We are extremely excited to continue growing our business in helping buyers and sellers find their freedom.”
With the addition of Barb Head, John Headrick and Dianne Anderson, the Cabool real estate team adds an additional 30 years of experience. This business partnership has cemented United Country – Matherly Realty as the only national real estate franchise in Texas County.
“We are thrilled to add our expertise to the Matherly Realty team,” said Barb Head, broker/sales with United Country – Matherly Realty. “Together we will expand our farm and ranch real estate and auctions services to all of south-central Missouri to offer unparalleled marketing campaigns bringing nationwide attention to the sellers in the area.”
