•Terry W. Elliott: Assault, attempt assault to a state employee, other than deadly weapon or dangerous instrument/physical injury, second degree; assault, third degree; resisting-interfering with arrest, detention or stop.
•Carl H. Amburn: Non-support.
•Blythe W. Brotherton: Statutory rape, first degree; sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old; statutory sodomy, first degree; deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old.
•Robert M. Pratt: Harassment by person more than 21 years old against person less than 17 year old or prior offender of Sec. 565.090.
•Devin M. Baker, Justin L. Creech, Shannon L. Brim: Passing bad check less than $500.
•Christian W. Ortega: Burglary, second degree; property damage, first degree; theft-stealing; purchase-attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by minor, first offense.
•Justin L. McGowan: Possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana; possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
•James A. Drewel: Driving while revoked/suspended, second or subsequent offense; driving while intoxicated-alcohol, prior offender; failed to signal, gave improper signal when stopping/turning left or right.
•Alanna M. Anderson: Theft/stealing.
•Brian G. Griffin: Supplying liquor to a minor or intoxicated person.
•Lindsay R. Hodson: Willfully fail, refuse to obey or resist/oppose a sheriff-deputy sheriff in the proper discharge of their duties.
•Justin M. Wilcox: Domestic assault, third degree, first/second offense.
•Gary A. Luckey: Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
•Sarah E. Hulvey: Drive motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license is suspended-revoked; driver-front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted-fastened safety belt.
•Charles L. Collins: Possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana; unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
•Harley L. Crownover: Driving while revoked-suspended, first offense.
•Joseph L. Austin: Possession of up to 35 grams of a synthetic cannabinoid.
•Thomas H. Shriver: Animal neglect or abandonment, second offense.
•Franklin J. Stark: Two counts, assault, second degree.
•Shawn Roach: Burglary, first degree; theft-stealing of any firearm.
•Christopher S. Willard: Four counts, non-support.
