The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at Houston High School.
There is a code yellow alert for O Positive, O Negative and A Negative blood types. There is less than a two-day supply on area hospital shelves.
Eligible donors must weigh at least 110 pounds, be in general good health and provide a present ID.
