The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department.
•Jonnie M. Johnson, 24, of 777 West Hwy. 17, Apt. 1, in Houston, was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer investigated a report of an odor of marijuana coming from her residence at about 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23.
An investigating officer observed a smoking device, but determined that all of Johnson’s pot had been smoked, according to a report.
•Donald E. Goes, 44, of 11718 Crest Lane in Licking, was issued a citation for following too closely after a two-vehicle accident at about 11 a.m. Jan. 28 near the Highway 17 and U.S. 63. Â
