Houston police handled several investigations during the last week.

The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department.

•Jackson C. Morgan, 37, of 4073 Highway 137 in Elk Creek, was issued a citation for peace disturbance after an incident at a Hickory Street residence at about 8 p.m. Feb. 10.

Morgan is alleged to have yelled at multiple individuals and tried to pick a fight with the boyfriend of a 29-year-old woman who lives there.

•James E. Coats, 38, of 100 Redbud Drive in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after allegedly being caught attempting to shoplift at Walmart on Feb. 11.

•Robin D. Keppel, 54, of Richmond, was arrested at about 1:40 p.m. Feb. 15 for having an active felony warrant from Pulaski County. An officer made the arrest while conducting a well-being check of another man at a residence on Fourth Street. Keppel was in the home at the time and routine computer check revealed the warrant.

•Jeremy R. Werner, 34, of 1023 Thomasville Road in Houston, was arrested on Feb. 11 for having active St. Charles County warrants for driving while suspended and speeding. An officer made the arrest at the City of Houston Fire Department building after being told Werner was there.
