A Summersville man was arrested Friday afternoon on two charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Preston C. Rome, 18, was wanted on a Texas County warrant for failing to equipment a motor vehicle with a rear license plate lamp and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a report.
