The Houston License Office has been awarded to the current agent, the Missouri Department of Revenue said Thursday.
Cynthia L. Blades of West Plains won the contract through a competitive bid process. The office will remain at 1591 N. U.S. 63 in the Houston Center.
In fiscal year 2013, the office handled more than 18,000 transactions that generated $60,830 in agent processing fees. Blades’ contract includes an annual commitment to return 0.5 percent for future processing fees to the state.
