Miles James, past president of Houston Lions Club, was recently presented the Leader Dogs for the Blind Foundation Tribute plaque for support of the leader dog program by Houston Lions Club President Jay Brown.  

James was chosen by club members for his leadership during his term as president of the club. The Leader Dogs for the Blind from Rochester, Minn., provides leader dogs free to legally blind persons through support of Lions Clubs International.
