A Cabool man was charged Tuesday night on drug counts by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Justin T. Collins, 23, was charged with misdemeanor possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and wearing no seat belt.
According to the patrol, Collins was processed and released at roadside.
