Dorothy Deane Fox DeWeese, 71, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
She was born Sept. 13, 1927 in Maples, daughter of Milt and Florence Mae Edwards Fox. She and Lloyd Earl DeWeese were married April 22, 1943.
She trusted Jesus as her Savior at age 14. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Licking and attended faithfully.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; her parents; two sons, Ronald and David; a daughter, Velma; a sister, Myrtle Hill; and four brothers, Ralph, Claude, Lee and her twin, Don.
Survivors include three daughters, Eula Bradley of Phoenix, Ariz., Dorothy Hoffman of Batesville, Ark., and Beth Chilton of Licking; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Roy Fox of Mt. Carroll, Ill.; and a host of other family members.
Services were Saturday, April 26 at First Baptist Church in Licking with Pastors Robert Gifford and Rob Lilly officiating. Burial was in Boone Creek Cemetery. Services were under direction of Fox Funeral Home.
