The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for Monday night into early Tuesday evening.
It says a cold front will move through the region Sunday night, turning temperatures sharply colder.
A clearing sky and diminished winds will cause temperatures to further drop well into the 20s for several hours Monday night. Widespread frost is expected, the National Weather Service said. Sensative outdoor plants and vegetation may be damaged or killed it left unprotected or not brought indoors, it said.
