The Houston golf team finished second in a nine-team field last Thursday in Salem.
Jordan Russell shot a 21-over par 93 and Ty Albrecht had a 94 to lead the Tigers. Teammates Lowell Tune and Cheston Malem each had 98s.
Dixon shot a 366 to easily top the field by 17 strokes. Houston was second with a score of 383, followed by Cuba (389), St. James (401), Salem (422), Cabool (423), Licking (471), Vibernum (481) and Newburg (496).
