The arrival of warm weather — finally — has grass growing rapidly in lawns in Houston.
That’s prompted a reminder from Houston City Hall about the need to keep yards trimmed. City Administrator Larry Sutton says it is not only the neighborly thing to do, but it’s also the law.
When homeowners don’t keep the lawn mowed, the city can step in mow and bill the property owner.
