A festival that combined a carnival midway with other entertainment ended Saturday night in downtown Houston.
The Brushy Creek Festival ran through Thursday and ended Saturday.
The Animal Shelter of Texas County held a dog show Saturday afternoon, a duck race was held later on Brushy Creek and there was musical entertainment.
Several vendors also set up wares in the downtown business district.
